You can find this by checking your email for the new order email we send to you when you make an order from us. </li><li>You are sent an order shipment email when your order is shipped. This contains all the details needed to track your order. </li><li>Contact us using one of the options below and we will look it up for you! </li><li>Your order may be untracked if its a TCG singles shipment order less than $50.00. Standard Free Shipping is available for orders over $75.00<ul><li>Standard&#xA0;is shipped using Australia Post eParcel Post and generally takes between 1 - 7 working days for most parts of Australia.<ul><li>TCG singles orders below $75.00 may be sent untracked. Please use Express if you need a tracking number.</li></ul></li><li>Express&#xA0;is shipped using Australia Post Express Post and takes around&#xA0;1 - 3 working days. Express orders are also prioritised, and will be sent the same business day if possible. We recommend ordering before 11 am and contacting us if you urgently need your order. This is a tracked shipment. </li><li>New Zealand shipments are sent via Australia Post International Standard and take between 3 - 14 working days for delivery. This is a tracked shipment. </li><li>Store Pick-up (shop.goodgames.com.au)&#xA0;is currently in trial and offered for some stores in Sydney. You will be contacted via email when your order is ready. Please allow 2-4 hours to pick up your order. </li><li>Store Pick-up (tcg.goodgames.com.au)&#xA0;is offered for singles. If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us.If your purchase was from our retail stores, please contact the store directly.<h2 id="change-of-mind">CHANGE OF MIND</h2>We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however in most cases we will be happy to as long as the product is sealed in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in brand new resalable condition and it is within 30 days of your original purchase (or delivery date if shipped)Please note you would be responsible for returning the product, as well as the original cost of shipping.<h2 id="faulty-products">FAULTY PRODUCTS</h2>If a product that you have purchased from one of our stores does not meet expectations of the item as it was advertised, or the product is faulty, then please return the product to where you made the purchase for an exchange or refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. Please take the time to check the following conditions for preorder products. 1. PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATIONFull Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of preorder to secure your item.Order Confirmation: Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATEDelivery Estimates: Estimated Dates are provided on the product page. If no Estimated &#xA0;Date is available, the default manufacturer release date should be used as an indicator for release. Please note that these dates are estimates and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturing delays or shipping disruptions.3. CHANGE OF MIND AND CANCELLATIONSCancellation by Customer: If you decide to cancel your preorder due to a change of mind, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. If we are unable to fulfil your preorder due to Good Games stock issues, you will be notified and offered an alternative product or a full refund.
