Orders begin to be processed from the working day after the order is placed. To ensure maximum protection, the items are then fixed inside the packaging to prevent any movement during transit. <h2 dir="ltr" id="how-good-games-ships">How Good Games Ships:</h2>Once an order is received, our team will begin the process of picking, checking, and carefully packing the items. After the order has been processed, it is handed over to Australia Post for delivery, with transit times varying depending on the order and selected shipping service. The available delivery options are as follows:<h3 dir="ltr" style="margin-left: 20px;" id="standard-post">Standard Post</h3>Standard Good Games Shop Orders will generally take between 1-4 business days to arrive at most locations across Australia.&#xA0;Standard TCG Singles Orders will generally take between 3-7 business days to arrive at most locations across Australia.Free standard shipping is applied to Good Games Shop orders over $75 and TCG Singles orders over $100. These orders are tracked through both storefronts.<h3 dir="ltr" style="margin-left: 20px;" id="express-post---tcg-singles-only">Express Post - TCG Singles Only</h3>Orders placed with the express shipping service will generally take between 2-5 business days to arrive to most locations Australia wide. This is a tracked service only available on tcg.goodgames.com.au<h3 dir="ltr" style="margin-left: 20px;" id="new-zealand---international">New Zealand - International</h3>New Zealand shipments are sent via Australia Post International Standard and take between 4-14 working days in transit for delivery. This is a tracked shipment.<h3 dir="ltr" style="margin-left: 20px;" id="store-pick-up---tcg-singles-only">Store Pick-Up - TCG Singles Only</h3>Good Games TCG offers a free in-store pickup option, allowing customers to access our full range of TCG singles.Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to be ready for collection, as transfers to stores are made once per week. This lead time accounts for the picking, processing, and transfer of your order to the selected store.Once your order has arrived, a staff member from the selected location will contact you to confirm that it is ready for pickup. <h2 dir="ltr" id="parcel-lockers">Parcel Lockers</h2>Good Games ships all orders via Australia Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Please take the time to check the following conditions for preorder products. 1. PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATIONFull Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of preorder to secure your item.Order Confirmation: Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATEDelivery Estimates: Estimated Dates are provided on the product page. If no Estimated &#xA0;Date is available, the default manufacturer release date should be used as an indicator for release. If we are unable to fulfil your preorder due to Good Games stock issues, you will be notified and offered an alternative product or a full refund.
