When or how will my order be shipped?Updated 8 days ago

Orders begin to be processed from the working day after the order is placed. As such, estimated dispatch and shipping times will begin from the following business day. 

Please note if your order contains a pre order, it may not be shipped out until all products are ready.

Packaging:

Good Games Shop orders are packaged using bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tough bags and outer cardboard boxes to ensure that items are secure and safe whilst in transit. 

TCG Singles orders are carefully placed in soft sleeves and secured within semi-rigid plastic holders, then enclosed in resealable team set bags. To ensure maximum protection, the items are then fixed inside the packaging to prevent any movement during transit.


How Good Games Ships:

Once an order is received, our team will begin the process of picking, checking, and carefully packing the items. After the order has been processed, it is handed over to Australia Post for delivery, with transit times varying depending on the order and selected shipping service. The available delivery options are as follows:

Standard Post

Standard Good Games Shop Orders will generally take between 1-4 business days to arrive at most locations across Australia. 

Standard TCG Singles Orders will generally take between 3-7 business days to arrive at most locations across Australia.

Free standard shipping is applied to Good Games Shop orders over $75 and TCG Singles orders over $100. These orders are tracked through both storefronts.

Express Post - TCG Singles Only

Orders placed with the express shipping service will generally take between 2-5 business days to arrive to most locations Australia wide. This is a tracked service only available on tcg.goodgames.com.au

New Zealand - International

New Zealand shipments are sent via Australia Post International Standard and take between 4-14 working days in transit for delivery. This is a tracked shipment.

Store Pick-Up - TCG Singles Only

Good Games TCG offers a free in-store pickup option, allowing customers to access our full range of TCG singles.

Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to be ready for collection, as transfers to stores are made once per week. This lead time accounts for the picking, processing, and transfer of your order to the selected store.

Once your order has arrived, a staff member from the selected location will contact you to confirm that it is ready for pickup.


Parcel Lockers

Please Note: We do not ship trading card singles to Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Because these items are sent as standard or Express letters, they cannot be accepted at parcel lockers under Australia Post policy. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.


Delays and Concerns

At times, circumstances may become particularly demanding; especially during certain seasons where delays in logistics may occur which are beyond our control, and could result in extended fulfilment times. If you experience any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
