When or how will my order be shipped?Updated 4 months ago
Good Games ships out daily from our fulfilment locations in Australia, and in most cases your order will be shipped out the next business day.
Sometimes things can get very busy (maybe that newest trading card game set just released), which might result in a longer delay.
Our primary fulfilment location is in NSW and follows both state and national holidays, so please keep that in mind when something is urgent.
Please note if your order contains a pre order, it may not be shipped out until all products are ready.
Your order is packaged as securely as possible for you, including the use of bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tough bags and outer cardboard boxes.
Singles are shipped in waterproof plastic bags, high value cards are will also be protected by top loaders.
Good Games uses Australia Post for shipping of orders across Australia as they have the widest reach and offers our customers conveniences like Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect, and mail redirection.
Good Games offers two service levels of shipping; Standard and Express.
- Standard is shipped using Australia Post eParcel Post and generally takes between 1 - 7 working days for most parts of Australia.
TCG singles orders below $50.00 may be sent untracked. Please use Express if you need a tracking number.
- Express is shipped using Australia Post Express Post and takes around 1 - 3 working days. Express orders are also prioritised, and will be sent the same business day if possible. We recommend ordering before 11 am and contacting us if you urgently need your order. This is a tracked shipment.
- New Zealand shipments are sent via Australia Post International Standard and take between 3 - 14 working days for delivery. This is a tracked shipment.
- Store Pick-up (shop.goodgames.com.au) is currently in trial and offered for some stores in Sydney. You will be contacted via email when your order is ready. Please allow 2-4 hours to pick up your order.
- Store Pick-up (tcg.goodgames.com.au) is offered for singles. Please allow for between 2-10 working days for your order to be available for pickup. This delay is the transfer time required from our warehouses.
