<h1 dir="ltr" id="isPasted"><span style="text-decoration:none;">MTG Singles Condition Guide</span></h1><p dir="ltr"><span style="text-decoration:none;">Card condition is crucial in determining a card&apos;s collectability and, therefore, its value. A well-maintained card in perfect mint condition can be worth more than five times the value of a card that has been kept poorly.&#xA0;</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span style="text-decoration:none;">Good Games currently categorises singles into four conditions: NM, LP, MP and HP.</span></p><h2 dir="ltr" id="nm-near-mint"><span style="text-decoration:none;">NM (Near Mint):</span></h2><p dir="ltr"><span style="text-decoration:none;">It&apos;s important to understand that a card labelled as Near Mint doesn&apos;t have to be in perfect condition. When evaluating an MTG card&apos;s condition, the &quot;rule of three&quot; is applied. This means that if there are three or fewer instances of minor damage, the card is still considered Near Mint. Minor damage could include slight edge whitening, small nicks on the corners or edges, or surface scratches. At this level, some damage is evident, but it&#x2019;s not enough to warrant a lower condition. The types of damage are similar to those in Near Mint, including whitening, corner nicks, and surface scratches. These cards may also feature more significant damage, like a large scratch or a deep nick on the surface. The main distinction between Heavily Played and Damaged cards is the presence of major damage; if the card is physically intact despite severe wear, it remains classified as Heavily Played. Why do trading card prices change?

In-store pickup is available only for Trading Card Game (TCG) Singles orders placed through our dedicated singles website.

<p data-start="0" data-end="188" id="isPasted">Good Games offers free store pickup for Trading Card Game Singles orders placed on goodgames.com.au.</p><p data-start="190" data-end="202">Please note:</p><ul data-start="203" data-end="473"><li data-section-id="1mmkv21" data-start="203" data-end="281">You will have the option to choose store pickup at checkout.</li><li data-section-id="nxxh99" data-start="282" data-end="473">Store pickup is only available for Trading Card Game Singles products and is not available for board games, accessories, sealed products, or other items sold on the Good Games website.</li></ul><p data-start="475" data-end="754">To place a store pickup order, select &#x201C;Store Pickup&#x201D; in your cart before checkout, then choose your preferred Good Games store location. Once your order is confirmed, the items will be transferred to that store for collection.
