What's happening to the singles website?Updated 4 hours ago
Our trading card singles are moving from tcg.goodgames.com.au to goodgames.com.au, so you can shop singles, sealed products and accessories in one place.

I ordered singles before the old website closed
Orders placed before the closure are fulfilled as normal. You can't view your account or order details on the old website any more, but we'll keep you updated about your order by email. If there's an issue with an order, email us at [email protected]. This includes returns and exchanges.
My account and store credit
Log in to goodgames.com.au with the same email address you used on the old singles website. All your existing store credit moves across, and it becomes one store credit balance you can use on any product.
You can't use your singles credit until singles return on 2 November. If you don't see your credit when you log in on 2 November, email us at [email protected].
Your order history, pending buylists and saved carts can't move across.
Selling cards to us
Our buying team is paused during the move. Buylist submissions return once singles are back on goodgames.com.au, and our buying services are available from 2 November 2026.
Shipping, pricing and condition
For shipping costs and how mixed orders ship, see How long will my order take, and how do I track it?. Pricing and condition grades aren't changing, and our fulfilment team and processes stay the same.
Collecting singles in store
At checkout you can choose to have your singles sent from our warehouse to a Good Games store, with free shipping on the singles. Singles sent to a store take 2 to 10 business days to arrive, and any board games or sealed product in the same order are sent separately. You can also collect singles from a store's own stock through the Game Locker app or website.
What happens to old tcg.goodgames.com.au links?
The old website is closed. Once singles launch, old links redirect to the new singles page.
