How does store credit work?Updated 43 minutes ago

From 2 November, your Good Games store credit is one balance held as Shopify store credit. You can spend it online, or in store at the participating stores listed below.

At a glance

• You have one store credit balance, not separate balances for different Good Games stores or sites.
• You can spend it online at goodgames.com.au, or in store at the participating stores listed below.
• Credit from our singles website is moved across for you. Log in to goodgames.com.au with the same email address you used on the singles website.
• If you sell cards to us for store credit, it is added to the same balance.

Using your store credit

Log in to your account before you check out. At checkout, under Payment, tick the "Apply store credit" box. It shows how much credit you have available.

You can use your store credit in store at these participating stores:

Moving credit from the singles website

Existing credit on the singles website is transferred to the main Good Games website when the two sites merge on 2 November. You don't need to do anything. Log in with the same email address you used before. Your order history, pending buylists and saved carts don't transfer.

You can't use your singles credit until singles return to goodgames.com.au on 2 November. If you don't see your store credit when you log in on 2 November, please email us at [email protected].
