GG Rewards is our free rewards program. You earn Gold when you shop on goodgames.com.au, then spend it on discounts at checkout.

How to join
Join for free on the Rewards page at goodgames.com.au/pages/rewards by creating an account. You earn 100 Gold when you join. If you've already signed up to our newsletter or SMS, you still earn your Gold.
How to earn Gold
- You earn 2 Gold for every $1 you spend online at goodgames.com.au.
- You also earn Gold by completing quests, such as the sign-up quests.
- Gold is earned on sale items too.
- Gold is earned when a gift card is redeemed, not when it is bought.
- You don't earn Gold on the part of an order paid with store credit.
- Gold earning started the day you joined. Earlier purchases don't count.
How to spend Gold
At checkout, use the redemption slider to choose how much Gold to spend, and your total drops. There is no minimum spend and no minimum amount of Gold, and you can use Gold on any product on the site.
Levels and birthday rewards
The more Gold you earn and the more orders you complete, the higher your level.

Birthday vouchers are sent 30 days after you add or change your birthday, to help prevent misuse. If you added your birthday in the last 30 days, your voucher arrives once that period is over.
Can I use GG Rewards in store?
Yes, at participating stores. The next time you shop at one, opt in using the same email address as your online account, and your Gold is shared between the store and online. In store, you receive your Gold automatically when you buy, so you can use it on your next in-store purchase. Gold you earn online appears in store the next day, because online purchases sync overnight. You can't use Gold to pay for or reduce the cost of an event. The participating stores are:

Do I earn Gold on trading card singles?
Yes. From 2 November 2026, trading card singles on goodgames.com.au earn Gold too.
Good to know
- Expiry: Gold disappears one year after you earn it.
- Returns: if you return an item, the Gold you earned from it isn't given back.
- Transfers: Gold belongs to the member who earned it. It can't be transferred or merged between accounts.
No physical card: Gold is tracked online on your Rewards page at goodgames.com.au/pages/rewards.
