When or how will my order be shipped?Updated 3 hours ago

Good Games ships out daily from our fulfilment locations in Australia, and in most cases your order will be shipped out the next business day.

Sometimes things can get very busy (maybe that newest trading card game set just released), which might result in a longer delay.

Our primary fulfilment location is in NSW and follows both state and national holidays, so please keep that in mind when something is urgent.

Please note if your order contains a pre order, it may not be shipped out until all products are ready.

Packaging

Your order is packaged as securely as possible for you, including the use of bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tough bags and outer cardboard boxes.

Singles are shipped in waterproof plastic bags, high value cards are will also be protected by top loaders.

Shipping

Good Games uses Australia Post for shipping orders across Australia, as they provide the widest reach and conveniences like Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect, and mail redirection.

Shipping Options:

  • GoodGames.com.au: Standard Shipping (1 – 4 business days)
  • TCG.GoodGames.com.au: Standard Shipping (1 – 7 business days) and Express Shipping (1 – 3 business days)

These shipping times are based on average Australia Post transit times and do not include order fulfilment times. Shipping may also be impacted by Australia Post delays.

Free Shipping:

On both GoodGames.com.au and TCG.GoodGames.com.au, Standard Shipping is free for orders over $75.

Standard Shipping:

  • Uses Australia Post eParcel.
  • GoodGames.com.au: 1 – 4 business days to most areas.
  • TCG.GoodGames.com.au: 1 – 7 business days to most areas.
  • TCG singles orders below $75 may be sent untracked. If you need a tracking number, please select Express Shipping.

Express Shipping (TCG.GoodGames.com.au only):

  • Uses Australia Post Express Post.
  • Delivery is typically 1 – 3 business days to most addresses.
  • Orders are not prioritised over existing orders but will be sent the same business day where possible.
  • This is a tracked shipment. Please contact us if your order is urgent.

International Shipping (New Zealand):

  • Sent via Australia Post International Standard.
  • Delivery typically takes 3 – 14 working days and is tracked.

Store Pick-up (TCG.GoodGames.com.au only):

  • Available for singles.
  • Please allow 2 – 10 working days for your order to be available for pickup, due to warehouse transfer times.
