From 2 November, Good Games gift cards can be used both in store and online. Online gift cards can only be redeemed in store at the participating stores listed at the bottom of this article.

Using your gift card
You can use your gift card on any product, including trading card singles, online or in store. Online gift cards can only be redeemed in store at the participating stores listed below. To use a gift card online, enter its code in the "Discount code or gift card" box in your order summary at checkout, then click Apply.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Our gift cards have no expiry date.
Can I check my gift card balance?
No, gift card balances can't be checked. If you have a question about your gift card, email us at [email protected].

If you are having issues redeeming your gift card, you may have a gift card that is based on our legacy inventory system. Please reach out to [email protected] so we can investigate this for you.
Where can I redeem an online gift card in store?
Important: online gift cards can only be redeemed in store at the participating stores below. They can't be redeemed at any other Good Games store.
