eBay Live streaming: Everything You Need to Know

We are excited to announce that we are officially trialling eBay live streams! You can now join us live to interact, view product showcases, and make purchases directly through the platform.

Below you will find the details on when we go live and what to expect regarding shipping and order fulfilment.

Stream Schedule

  • Official Launch Stream: Thursday, July 23rd from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Weekly Streams: Following our launch, we will be live every Thursday at the same time (7:00 PM – 9:00 PM).

Shipping & Fulfilment

If you purchase an item during one of our live streams, your order will be processed with the following logistics:

  • Fulfilment Channel: All transactions, payments, and shipping updates are handled entirely through eBay.

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 business days following the stream.

  • Tracking & Delivery: All items are sent via standard Australia Post (AusPost) Tracked Letters. You will receive an automated notification from eBay with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
