At Good Games, we are committed to providing the best service possible to our customers, which is why, should you ever find a retailer selling a product at a lower price than us, we offer a comprehensive price match policy.

We can offer a price match when:

• A request is made to our customer service team for our online store prior to your purchase.
• Purchases made from our online store can only price match other Australia-wide online stores. (Online price matching must include any delivery costs).
• Proof of price and stock availability for immediate purchase with the same payment method.
• The product that is being matched is identical to our product in every aspect (language, edition etc.)

The price match policy will not apply when:

• The store is located or operated outside of Australia.
• The price of our competitor is below our cost price for the product.
• The price of our competitor is a special offer only available for a limited time, or part of a sale.
• The product is not sources from an Australian distributor or was imported directly from overseas.
• The product is not available to the general public and requires a membership or other special conditions to obtain (i.e commercial pricing sites).

How to receive a price match online:

• To begin a price match, please reach out to us via our support chat or through emailing [email protected].
• In your email, send through the link of the item on our website AND the link for the competitor's listing.
• Once your price match request has been investigated, we will update you with the determination.
• If accepted, we will ask for order details to create and send you an invoice.
• Please note that when busy, price match inquiries may see slow response times. If you reach out via chat, it is suggested that you are signed in or leave your email address so we can respond there once an outcome is reached.

Upon the agreement of a price match for a product/s, no further discounts, promotional offers or non-tender payment methods (with the exception of gift cards or store credit) can be used in conjunction with the purchase.

Good Games reserves the right to reject any request for price matches where porducts do not meet the above conditions or at our sole discretion.
