Can I price match an item online?Updated 2 hours ago

Yes. If an Australian online store is selling the same product for less, you can ask us to match the price before you buy. To start, email us at [email protected].

At a glance

  • We match prices from any Australian-based online store, including delivery costs.
  • Price matching does not apply to trading card singles or any trading card game (TCG) products.
  • You need to ask before you buy.
  • If your request is accepted, we send you an invoice to pay. Please don't order the item on our website first.

We can price match when

  • You ask our customer service team before you buy from our online store.
  • The competitor is an Australian-based online store. Delivery costs are included when comparing prices.
  • You can show the price, and that the item is in stock for immediate purchase, using the same payment method.
  • The product is identical in every way, including language and edition.

We can't price match when

  • The store is located or operated outside Australia.
  • The competitor's price is below our cost price.
  • The price is a limited-time offer, or part of a sale.
  • The product isn't sourced from an Australian distributor, or was imported directly from overseas.
  • The price needs a membership or other special conditions, such as commercial pricing sites.
  • The product is a preorder that isn't yet on our website.
  • The product is a trading card single or any other TCG product.

How to ask for a price match

Email us at [email protected] with:

  • The link to the product on our website
  • The link to the competitor's listing, and their price
  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your delivery address

We'll look into your request and let you know the outcome. If it's accepted, we'll send an invoice you can pay. When we're busy, replies to price match requests can be slower than usual.

After a price match

Once a price match is agreed, no other discounts, promotional offers or non-tender payment methods can be used on that purchase. Gift cards and store credit can still be used.

We may decline a price match request that doesn't meet the conditions above, or at our discretion.

Price matching in a store

In-store price matching has its own policy, and stores set their own prices. Please contact the store directly.
