Customer Support Update

Our customer service team is currently experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of enquiries.

To help us support as many customers as possible, we are temporarily prioritising live chat and email. Phone support is currently unavailable.

For immediate assistance, try our AI Chat, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It can answer common questions and help guide you to the right information at any time.

We appreciate your patience and expect to restore phone support once our current enquiry backlog has been cleared.
